Leed/Green Building
We are LEED accredited. Of course LEED accredited personnel offer great benefits on projects seeking certification, but an understanding of sustainable building practices is a useful in general. Often, sustainable concepts and practices can be incorporated into projects not seeking formal LEED certification for no greater initial investment, but which provide a better final product, a higher market value, greater occupant satisfaction, decreased life-cycle costs, and lower maintenance and operation costs.

Mission Statement
To grow a profitable, self-sustaining, stable organization, of no certain size, whose whole is greater than the sum of its parts by treating clients as we would wish to be treated and by hiring, as needed and as profit allows, dedicated, honest, competent and intelligent people and then making the necessary investments—whether financial, educational or otherwise—for those people to thrive in such a way as to maximize both their value to the company and the company’s value to them.
Our staff has years of experience building a wide variety of residential and commercial projects, including multi-family rental properties, oceanfront condominium buildings, hotels, offices, resorts, spas and country clubs. We have particular expertise in large-scale renovations of mid and high-rise buildings.
We are committed to teamwork. Successful construction requires close, mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors. The more engaged we are with one another, the more passionate we are about both the larger objectives and our own individual contributions, the better the outcome.
Our purpose is to provide the best job possible. Because while we have completed hundreds of millions of dollars of construction, we define ourselves not by the amount of work we have done, but by the quality of that work and the satisfaction of our clients.
